You can request deletion of your Roadmates account and the personal data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Roadmates account:

Roadmates rides are shared records involving other participants. To avoid corrupting other riders' roster history, check-in records, or brevet (BRM) control-point verification data, some ride participation records (for example, that a rider — no longer personally identified — checked in at a control point at a given time) may be retained in de-identified form rather than removed entirely, even after your account is deleted. We'll also retain what we're legally required to keep, or what's needed to resolve any open disputes, investigate abuse, or enforce our terms.
We aim to complete deletion requests within [30 days] of verifying your request.
